FIFA football agent learning platform recognised for its excellence in client service innovation
In December 2022, FIFA announced the introduction of the FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR). One of the key changes introduced by these Regulations was the re-introduction of an exam which agents must pass in order to obtain a FIFA Football Agent Licence. This exam would contain multiple questions on a range of topics, from other FIFA Regulations to the football transfer system.
The learning platform was created in just three weeks following the FFAR being released, with the key objective of making the regulations engaging for football agents and to play a part in them passing the FFAR exam.
The platform has been commended in the best client service innovation award at The Lawyer Awards 2024.
Carol Couse, head of the sport team at Mills & Reeve, commented: “We are proud of the impact our learning platform has had in building and enhancing client relations, and we continue to support football agents in their understanding of FIFA’s regulations.
“Despite a small, dedicated group of people from our sport and our marketing team developing this in just three weeks, we have a total of 430 learners accessing our materials and it was brilliant to receive a 100% satisfaction rate in a feedback survey. The course is a credit to the whole team that worked to bring it all together and it’s brilliant that this has been recognised by The Lawyer.”
