Ciara is a specialist family lawyer who advises on all aspects of family law, with a particular emphasis on helping clients to resolve complex financial issues. Ciara also advises on arrangements for children and wealth protection, including the preparation of pre and post-nuptial agreements. She has particular experience working on cases for high net worth individuals with complex income structures.

Ciara understands the challenges that clients face when going through a relationship breakdown or a dispute involving their children. Ciara takes time to understand her clients’ concerns and objectives and is able to offer solution-focused and practical advice which is tailored to their needs.

One of Ciara’s cases involved attending a private FDR hearing following protracted negotiations which culminated in her client achieving a favourable financial settlement. This meant the couple had more control over the negotiation process, were able to reach an agreement sooner and avoided the stress and uncertainty of going to court.

Ciara is a member of Resolution, a national body of family lawyers committed to promoting a constructive approach to divorce, separation and other family problems.

She is also a member of the London Irish Lawyers Association and sits on the events committee for the annual Co-operation Ireland Legal Dinner.
