Henry is a solicitor working within the property litigation department assisting clients in disputes arising from commercial property, including issues relating to disputed lease renewals, access and restrictive covenants. Henry advises clients that include corporate occupiers, developers and the education sector and regularly acts for law firms and their insurers on property negligence based claims.

Supporting your ambitions

One of Henry's specialisms is assisting clients in managing their property estates, be that assisting in a smooth transition on the expiry of a leasehold interest or helping client's maximise the value of their property interests.  Henry has assisted in respect of the regeneration of Southall, London, through the development of 3,750 new homes by a FTSE 250 listed developer, including providing advice covering the phased termination of the existing tenancies covering the site, hostile lease termination and possession proceedings against residential secure tenants.
