Jonathan is a partner in our corporate team. His team supports clients across a range of corporate transactions, including domestic and international M&A and private equity investment. While Jonathan advises across a range of sectors, he has a particular focus in the life sciences and technology sectors.

  • Advising Cambridge headquartered F-star Therapeutics – a clinical stage biotech developing next generational immunotherapies to transform the lives of patients with cancer – on its merger with Spring Bank Pharmaceuticals in the US and admission to NASDAQ.
  • Advising the sellers of MAP Patient Access – a company that specialises in helping biopharma optimise their results – on their sale to Kester Capital.
  • advising the founders of global language learning app Mondly on their sale to Pearson Plc, the world's largest learning company.
  • advising Bluestone Investment Holdings Limited – a business providing complex credit for consumers’ mortgage needs – on its sale of Bluestone Mortgages to Shawbrook.
  • advising Downing LLP – a private equity house with particular focus around RE backed businesses – on a series of acquisitions in the K-12, SEN sector.
  • advising GRC International Plc – the data protection specialists – on a series of acquisitions, including of DQM Group, and associated placings.
  • advising PragmatIC on Semiconductor – a World leader in flexible electronics – on its $125million Series C fundraise.
