Kate’s experience covers both domestic and international employment law, having provided integrated legal and HR support to multinational businesses for many years.

Kate’s particular areas of focus are helping clients plan for and execute strategic HR projects (such as acquisitions and restructures), managing tricky exits with minimal disruption and resolving sensitive people management issues.  

What else should you know?

Despite living in London for many years before moving back to Norwich, Kate never lost her passion for Norwich City FC. She even has a dog named after a Norwich City legend!
