  • A £20m+ group action against a large advisory firm brought by elite professional athletes and sporting personalities arising from investments made in property overseas. 

  • Numerous claims arising from Collective Investment Schemes including claims for breach of fiduciary duty arising from undisclosed commission payments. 

  • A £50m+ group action against an administrator involving over 2,000 investors, with related FCA investigations and claims by the FSCS. 

  • Defending an FOS complaint for losses over £1m involving a Spanish appointed representative of an English firm who gave investment advice to 16 Spanish Nationals. We successfully challenged the complaint on grounds of jurisdiction and the complaints were not upheld. 

  • Multiple claims against the appointed representatives of a financial institution alleging mis-selling of mortgages.
